Stephen,

Are you reading mt'y 'prym of 4QpNah 3-4 ii 8 as a subjective
or objective genitive? that is, are you reading 'Ephraim' in
'the leaders-astray of Ephraim' as identifying affiliation
of the leaders-astray, or is Ephraim their victim?

Would you cite your reasons for your choice of reading,
whichever way you are construing it (subjective or objective
genitive)?

4QpNah 3-4 ii 8

lip they lead astray many--kings, officers, priests and people,
along with the joined stranger. Cities and clans will be destroyed
because of their counsel. Honored ones and rulers will fall
because of their insolent tongue.'
