Hi, There are a variety of devices in the embeded world. One company is interested in data integrity feature of ZFS.
Important thing is how to configure functions of OpenSolaris by requirement of devices. One example is utstune command in this release. It can disable or enable specific features in ZFS. We confirmed that OpenSolaris could boot and login on the ARM board with 8MB memory and no-swap. And X11/Firefox is running on the ARM board with 128MB memory.
