In our team, we have already develop an eclipse plugin to developp
bundles for Oscar.

Moreover, a trainee works on the plugin to improve it.

I was about to add you to svn authorization file for oscar but we need a
software grant from you before we can accept the contribution. Can you
please fax this in and I'll check with Jim.
