Certainly. However, I am not anticipating that many containers are written with extensible stream handler factories...
I don't think it is likely that generic solutions for the short term will be feasible, mostly for political reasons.
Well, I will be happy to get one working that supports multiple OSGi framework instances...first things first. :-)
