Summary: setup networking window orphaned
Initial Comment:
If the "Assign MAC to node" button is clicked without
having both a client and a MAC selected there are some
problems. There are a bunch of Tk errors thrown to the
console, and, with the new duplicate window prevention
code, the setup networking window gets orphaned and the
main window is freed so now another window can be
opened. I think we just need to make sure the values
are all defined before issuing the action.

Just additionally noticed that the "Close" button on this
orphaned window produces errors and doesn't close the window,
