[Oscar-devel] wierd step 8 test cluster error

On a cluster with a couple of 1 Ghz dual processor Itanium-2 machines, using an oscar cvs checkout from last night, everything installs all right. But the first time I do Step 8 "Test Cluster Setup" it always fails the "PBS Shell Test" without leaving any /home/oscartst/pbs/shelltest.out. Every time I run the tests again after that, they all work. Anyone else seen this? Could be a race condition of some type.
