Ben -- can you run this thing on SF?  i.e., would it be beneficial to have
this as part of the real OSCAR web pages?

Also, don't hesitate to put in a link to the wiki (wherever it actually
ends up being hosted) on the OSCAR web pages (they're in CVS, so anyone
can edit them).

BUT REMEMBER: if you "cvs up" on SF to make the link go live, you MUST
"chmod g+w ...." the relevant files so that we can all edit them (silly
CVS permissions issues).
