Summary: Number of node number digits should be configurable

Initial Comment:
It would be very nice if the number of digits used in
node numbering was configurable. Thus insead of having:

oscarnode1, oscarnode2, ..., oscarnode11, oscarnode12, ...

you could specify

oscarnode001, oscarnode002, ..., oscarnode011,
oscarnode012...

This makes the sorting functions work again. So the
c3.conf file would be ordered correctly as well as
ganglia output and ls output of any generated files
identified by host name.

It would be nice if this were configurable so that at
install time, the user could specify the number of
digits to be used in formatting. That way a very large
installation could use 4 digits where a small testing
cluster could stick with 1.

Just FYI, this is available via the SIS command line for
mksirange(--pad). It needs to be percolated up to the GUI.
When doing the rework for meta menu, we should be able to
add this easily.
