This user request reminded me of the auto-boot-image feature we discussed a few months back...

Wondering how that was coming along?
thx-

Hi,
I'm trying to install Oscar on nodes which have a newer SCSI controller than RH7.3 supports (namely, the Adaptec 790x - aic79xx). These nodes boot from drives using this controller.
Obviously, when the kernel gets to the nodes, it can't talk to the drives.
So, say I don't want to rebuild the kernel. Can I just plop in a newer initrd into the appropriate Oscar directory?
Or is there an easier/better way to address this?
Thanks!
