Is there anyone out there who would object to changing the order the install_cluster script runs a couple things? Due to new reliance on the database, it should be getting set up MUCH earlier than it does currently. I would propose moving "wizard_prep" to the top of install_cluster, so that it (and the other packages installed in wizard_prep) is installed for the rest of the install_cluster script. It makes for a quick cut-n-paste of the code, and performs its task as well as it did before (since it didn't rely on anything else).
