Initial Comment:
Qt error after Wizard loads under RH9.0, when click on
Step 0 or 1.
The error message:
Can't load

Yep... this is a known bug, and is in progress. Basically, the
RPM will be changed so that it adds /opt/perl-Qt/lib to
ld.so.conf and runs ldconfig (standard library RPM installation
procedure for libraries not in /usr/lib or other standard
locations)

Note, the related RPM are installed:
perl-5.8.0-88
perl-Qt-3.006-3
qt-3.1.1-6
qt-devel-3.1.1-6
Looks like (according to comments at XSLoader.pm:83) that
this is possibly the init for the C code but this is the
last Perl code that executed therefore yeilding this error
from Perl. I'm not really familiar with XS so I'll have to
defer to Jason.
