Summary: xpbs has bad interpreter

Initial Comment:
xpbs currently uses wish8.3 (With some path) as its
interpreter. On RH7.3, this should be /usr/bin/wish
instead.

This is now fixed in CVS (pbs -11 release).

Wish is a tk interpreter. On RedHat 7.2 (and 7.3 I guess)
its /usr/bin/wish. I don't know if this applies to MDK or SuSE
or newer RedHat versions, though.

Is this still the case? It appears to be in 2.2... but if we're
building on 7.2 or later, I'm not sure how it would get linked to
wish8.3 since it doesn't exist...
Lemme know if this is fixed in CVS now.
