>Summary: SI should enable console to Serial A

Initial Comment:
As I understand it, serial consoles can be enabled
simultaneously with the system console. If this is the
case, I see no reason not to enable it for all nodes, and
especially during the node's network boot/build.

In terms of OSCAR scalability, this feature is critical.
It's pretty common for larger clusters to use serial
consoles today.

If I'm incorrect in thinking that both consoles can be
enabled simultaneously, then we need to at least
provide a toggle option to switch it.

Yep... that works. But this FR is requesting the change in
the OSCAR SIS package.
In testing, I've found that baudrate can be an issue here. I
have some question as to what the default should be. 9600
bps, the popular default, will drastically slow the install of any
faster systems. Haven't tested further yet, but I assume
there aren't any problems with 115200.

just pass multiple console options to the kernel.
append="console=ttyS0 console=vga"

i'm told that works for output.
