Summary: kernel_picker post_clients fails if bad user input

Initial Comment:
I had put in error checking to 'fall back' to a safe
condition if the user had entered bad information for
the loadable modules. However, the final 'if'
statement is missing a critical comparsion operator
(eq) and kernel_picker runs with bad values.

This is a VERY easy fix that I will commit as soon as
the release manager gives me permission.
