Hey, I tag/branched things for the 3.0 release. The oscar-head is now open for commits. (The new SIS stuff from today is ok.)
FWIW, a few details, To get around the SIS checkins today the tag/branch was based upon the tree yesterday i.e., 'cvs co -D yesterday' (thanks Jeremy). Also, updated the dist/VERSION to match v3.0. This required a 'cvs up -A VERSION' to remove the sticky date.
