Summary: oscar does not support RHAS 2.1

Initial Comment:
i'm using oscar on a RH Advanced Server 2.1 ia64
machine. there are some minor issues that need to be
worked around, but it is pretty close to just working.

the first issue is that python2 isn't available.
installing the .ia64.rpm provided with oscar doesn't
work, but building the python2 src.rpm from redhat 7.2
on an advanced server machine will create a working rpm
package.

also, oscar is missing the sample rpm list for RHAS -
if you can tell me what the policy is for this list of
RPMS, i can provide it for you.

there maybe more problems, but that's as far as i've
gotten.

We are skipping AS 2.1 for various reasons. We will try 3.0
to see if it fits our needs any better.

This should happen in short order after we get a copy of AS
(which should be soon).

Moving to FR tracker, since this _is_ a FR.

I don't think we have much of an official policy on rpm
lists. We do want them to be fairly minimal, and we don't
include X, but other than that we haven't really established
any guidelines that I know of. If you have something, send
it. Its better than no list and we can always change it.
