Summary: ssh should be a package

Initial Comment:
ssh needs to be a package, like everything else. If c3
can be a package, so can ssh.

It would allow for other ssh packages to exist later, like
gsi, kerberos, commercial, etc.

I can't think of a reason that this cannot or should not
happen, but plenty of reasons that it should. Before
anyone says it, no, I'm not talking about shipping an
ssh. But it should have rpmlists and API scripts like
everything else.

Just to clarify, you're not asking for an OSCAR-specific ssh
RPM (or other package), but an OSCAR package to perform
various setup tasks to be done.

Correct?

The biggest problem with this is in tools that are built to use
ssh specifically. Can we add an ssh daemon without
disrupting openssh? Would that even solve the problem?
