Summary: install_cluster fails due to PackMan.pm

PackMan.pm makes install_cluster die. Output is below.
Please fix ASAP.

The issue has NOT been fixed, as a simple execution of
"install_cluster" would have shown:

If I go into Package.pm and comment out the two lines that
use OSCAR::PackMan and OSCAR::DepMan, I get further along,
and then it dies:
