Setting DEBUG_UPDATE_RPMS to any value will enable debugging to appear
on the terminal whence install_cluster was run, e.g.,

    DEBUG_UPDATE_RPMS= ./install_cluster <device>

The output will include the command line and the package names returned
to the caller. Note, I also display the needed rpm options, e.g., -ihv,
-Uhv, --nodeps, but these are not actually returned to the caller. In
addition, a couple of error conditions, that also set a return value,
are also reported via this option.

This might be useful if you suspect update-rpms failed to return correct
results.
