Hi DongInn: Install/Uninstall OSCAR Packages works - I use it all the time for testing packages.
You can only install/uninstall packages that you have d/led already via OPD, therefore, if you want to get more packages, then you need to do so via the 'Download Additional OSCAR Packages' step (via OPD). Perhaps it would make more sense to combine the menus in the future?
