We had a newer Maui package in OPD beside Torque that would work fine with 
it.  I can't remember for sure if the requirement was put in manually at 
the rpm level or what... but I'm sure the rpm could be tweaked so that it 
would work with PBS or Torque.  I don't think it's worth the trouble to 
keep OpenPBS around though... can you think of a single reason one would 
want to use the old OpenPBS instead of Torque?

So I would just add a common "provides" in both the PBS and
Torque RPMs, and then Maui will be happy either way.
This is assuming that Maui doesn't invoke any PBS/Torque
commands, which, although I don't know much about Maui, seems
to make sense (i.e., PBS/Torque invoke/use Maui, not the
other way around).
