When I test with the new Configurator.pm, I found no problem.
But it was wrong. I think I have to roll back Configurator.pm, which does not contain locking.
After various checking for Configurator.pm with locking , I will check-in again.

I am sorry that I did it for this error.

The error occurred because the Configurator.pm that I applied locking does not recognize the "locking" subroutine,
which is in the lib/OSCAR/Database.pm.


So, it would be resolved if you put only this line "use OSCAR::Database;" on the Configurator.pm.

I am sorry again for my carelessness.

I will re-commit with the correct file ASAP.
