That's correct - there is an outstanding bug in SVN which would create
/etc/modules.conf for 2.6 kernel - obviously this won't work because
/etc/modprobe.conf is expected.  A possible fix is to run the provided
modules.conf -> modprobe.conf conversion script after the image has been
created.
