Summary: SIS - no /dev/cdrom detection?

Initial Comment:
I've received some complaints that SIS does not
detect /dev/cdrom on it's clients. Shouldn't it do
this as part of installing an OS?

This is a SIS problem. It can become a doc bug if we want to
add this feature. Anyway, when /dev/cdrom is /dev/hd[a-z]
this is working properly. Otherwise, it can easily be added
later on with c3 or by customizing the installation script
of SIS.

Please add this as a feature request in the System
Configuratior tracker (http://sf.net/projects/systemconfig).
Especially the behavior that you expect to see.
