MPICH test fails in OSCAR wizard Step 8 if
package LAM/MPI has not been selected to install,
although it can be manually configured.

Yes, in the first time I run test_cluster, MPICH (via PBS)
fails and LAM/MPI (via PBS) pass, and in the second time,
both pass.

I wonder if this is related to failure on RHEL3 where 1st
test_cluster fails but second works?
Both MPICH and LAM/MPI were installed.
