Our elilo.efi here is under /boot/efi/EFI/redhat. Don't ask me why.
Yes we have to manually copy inidtrd as described in the readme, but even that isn't enough: once the image is "downloaded" we have to copy "\EFI\redhat\elilo.efi" to "\" and them "elilo.efi 2.4.21-15.EL" to start it - I'm sure you should known a better (automatized) way to do that, but I don't known yet...
ACK! Translating to UNIX
OK, so there's yet another problem that I've just found, setup_pxe assumes /boot/efi/elilo.efi, while it's actually in /boot/efi/efi/elilo.efi, or /boot/efi/EFI/elilo.efi (I hope you don't mind if I confirm this last path).
At any rate, that's yet another fix I have. :-/ I wish my list of fixes wasn't as long as it is... Fortunately, they're all IA64-specific.
Sigh, you just pointed out yet another problem, that I haven't been able to test, but has an abvious fix. I'll have those fixes tomorrow.
