Summary: XML-Parser in MDK 10.0

Initial Comment:
XML-Parser are not being correctly installed in
Mandrake 10. Some modification can be done in its setup
script to do that but once this distribution came with
a perl-XML-Parse package I wonder if we can just
install this package instead of the
XML-Parser-2.31.tar.gz presently in
/opt/oscar/share/prereqs/XML-Parser/media.
If the perl-XML-Parser are previously installed, the
installation proceeds normally.

I included an statement if in the setup script of XML-Parser
that verifies if the distro is a Mandrake one, and if it is
it installs perl-devel before to install XML-Parser.
Seams to work.

OK,
the problem is that the Makefile of XML-Parser-2.31 is
dependent of a file that is created by the package
perl-devel (that is not installed by default by Mandrake).
I see two solutions:
-or we include the installation of perl-devel rpm in the
prereqs phase;
-or we modify the script setup of XML-Parser-2.31 as to say:
"if this is a Mandrake distro, then install the
perl-XML-Parser RPM and not the tarball"...
