Bernard,

Where did you find the perl-XML-Simple RPM?  Is it an RH file?  I
suspect not.  perl-XML-Parser is/was available as an RH update.

Having said that, there is a perl-XML-Simple rpm in packages/sis/RPMS,
so that could be used if there isn't already one provided by the distro.
Presuming this is an earlier version than that provided by the distro,
depman/packman would automagically handle this if it's just dumped in
/tftpboot/rpm, along with the distro-provided packages.
