Summary: start_over optional wipe client disks

Initial Comment:
The start_over script should have an option, controlled
by command line switches, to cause the oscar client
machines to have their disk partition tables be wiped.
This would make things much nicer for the case when it
is difficult to change the client bios boot ordering. In that
case, the optional wipe disk flag could be used on
start_over, and the clients could be set to boot from their
disk first, and then from the network if the disk boot fails.
There should also be a command line flag to have the
clients reboot themselves.

Not sure this is a start_over issue, but will leave here for
a while...

Downgraded -- will not be fixed by 2.0.

Upon further discussion and reflection, the "wipe client disks"
and the "reboot clients" should be both command line options
in start_over, and seperate scripts from start_over.
