Summary: LAM RPM's do not contain PBS support

Initial Comment:
It appears that the LAM RPMs in SVN do not contain PBS support. I
think that this is a showstopper for 4.1 (I think we accidentally
shipped OSCAR 4.0 this way! :-( ).

I think that this is mainly due to a typo in the LAM RPM specfile (it
says /opt/pbss instead of /opt/pbs -- [EMAIL PROTECTED]@$%!!!).

However, even when this is fixed, note that RPMs must be built on a
cluster that has PBS or Torque installed in /opt/pbs. If the LAM
configure script doesn't see the PBS libraries under /opt/pbs, it will
happily build LAM without PBS support.

I can rebuild the SRPM and rh90 RPM and check it in, but will need
help from other delveopers to build the RPM for other platforms. A
simple "rpmbuild --rebuild lam-oscar-7.0.6-2.src.rpm" should do the
trick.

I'd also like to extend the LAM OSCAR test to ensure that LAM was
built with tm support, and to fail if it wasn't (to prevent this from
happening again).

Everyone has committed new RPMs, so this bug can now be closed.

Thanks for the help, everyone!

- new PBS LAM test committed that checks to ensure that LAM has TM
(PBS / Torque) support
- new RPMs committed for rh9 with TM support (without accidental BLCR
support)

Waiting for the kindness of others to commit RPMs for MDK, FC, ia64.

Oops -- accidentally marked that down to 8 in the last update. :-)

Marking back up to 9...

I committed a partial fix:

- new SRPM
- new RPM for rh90 / i386
- removed all broken RPMs

This will cause the install to fail on all platforms that do not yet have a LAM
RPM (which currently is everything besides rh9). Bernard is recompiling for
fc2 right now.

Can someone build for mdk10 and/or whatever ia64 distros we support?

I still need to update the test as well.
