Summary: sanity check warning message in the fresh installaion

Initial Comment:
The "sanity check failed" warning message occurs when
the step "Install/Uninstall OSCAR Packages.." runs for
the first time.
The warning message is following.

--> Step 8: Running tests: cd /opt/oscar/testing &&
xterm -sl 500 -e   ./test_cluster --wait
--> Step 8: Not waiting for completion
executing:/opt/c3-4/cexec --pipe c3cmd-filter hostname
oscar_cluster oscarnode01: Warning: No xauth data;
using fake authentication data for X11 forwarding.
oscar_cluster oscarnode02:
Warning: sanity check failed.

After the above warning message, the Install/Uninstall
OSCAR Packages... step works properly.

While this is not a priority 9 bug, you can certainly fix it
in the trunk and then ask for it to be priority 9 if you can
make it before the beta so that those annoying warning are
not distracting the user...
