Summary: No systemimager.conf exists.

Initial Comment:
MDK10.0 has the following error when the oscar_wizard
just starts to run.

--> Running: "./oscar_wizard"
/etc/systemimager/systemimager.conf: No such file or
directory
Can't locate SIS/Adapter.pm in @INC (@INC contains:

This error did not happen on the previous MDK10
machine, which I believed is the "fresh install".
Actually it was not the fresh insatll since several
rpms were already installed after installation of MDK10.
But now, I have a real fresh MDK10 and have got the
above errors.

This seems to be the config.xml corruption/NetMask bug.
