Summary: ia64 rhel3 nodes don't boot

Initial Comment:
Trying to install RHEL3 on a small IA64 cluster. Besides the
tftp-hpa issue two problems popped up:

1. systemconfigurator kernel version recognition fails
This is due to the VERY simple way of detection of the
   kernel version in /usr/lib/systemconfig/Initrd/Generic.pm
Consequence is that tzeh sc-initrd generation fails.
It can be fixed by the attached patch, which needs to be
applied on the image after its generation. Should go into
   the systemconfigurator package!

2. systemconfigurator elilo setup is wrong
sc-initrd and elilo.conf go into the /boot/efi directory
instead of /boot/efi/efi/redhat. Was certainly fixed
in earlier versions of OSCAR (4.0)...

Regards,
Erich

Item 1: Agreed; must have caught something in your kernels
that (by luck) wasn't was present in earlier usage.

Item 2: Disagree; I just checked, and my (recently installed,
unmodified) ia64 boot is /boot/efi/efi/redhat (technically,
it's /boot/efi/EFI/redhat, but vfat mashes this). This has not
changed in OSCAR since 4.0 was released.
