Summary: openssh-server do not permit root login by default -Mandriva

Initial Comment:
When openssh-server is installed in Mandriva distros
(10.0 and 10.1), /etc/ssh/sshd_config file sets
"PermitRootLogin" to "no" by default.
Once we need this capability, this file should be
manually changed to permit root login before step 4
(when the image is generated with a copy of that file)
and the sshd service restarted.
This could be made automatically, by use of an script
to do so. Otherwise, will stay as a docfix.
