Summary: mpich's modulefile conflicts with lam's modulefile

Initial Comment:
This was reported by Erich Focht on oscar-devel list
with subject "branch r3623 tested" on August 29th, 2005.

I am encountering this with branch-4-2 r3629 on RHEL4u1
x86, basically during post_install stage, I get the
following error messages 2 times:

mpi/mpich-ch_p4-gcc-1.2.7(16):ERROR:150: Module
'mpi/mpich-ch_p4-gcc-1.2.7' conflicts with the
currently loaded module(s) 'mpi/lam-7.0.6'
mpi/mpich-ch_p4-gcc-1.2.7(16):ERROR:102: Tcl command
execution failed: conflict mpi

First time after post_install for torque, and second
time after post_install of loghost (not even sure if
the error is related to the post_install scripts of the
above 2 packages).

If you re-run post_install, the error messages do not
show up again.
