Summary: lam contains two module files

Initial Comment:
There are currently two (env-switcher) module packages
coming with the lam mpi package:
- distro/common-rpms/lam-switcher-modulefile-*.rpm
  (leads to mpi/lam-7.0.6 module)
- distro/*/lam-oscar-modulefile-*.rpm
  (leads to lam/lam-oscar-7.0.6 module)

These modules are not conflicting, but the
lam/lam-oscar-7.0.6 seems to be unnecessary. One of the
two should be deleted.

At a closer look: lam's module files belong together.
mpi/lam-7.0.6 is loading lam/lam-oscar-7.0.6.
In mpi/lam-7.0.6 the existence of BLCR and GM is detected and
the corresponding module file is loaded.

I will delete this bug.
