Summary: syslinux RPM missing for RHEL3 x86_64

Initial Comment:
Install attempt with branch-4-2 fails with the message:
DepMan: update-rpms failed to select the following
packages:
 syslinux

Workarounds: either take syslinux.i386 and install it
before starting the OSCAR wizard or rebuild a syslinux
rpm from srpm. Similar problem was solved for RHEL4
by rebuilding the syslinux rpm for the x86_64
architecture.

SInce Bernard also did experiments with RHEL3-x86_64 and
didn't encounter this problem any more, AND the fix is obvious,
I close the case.

Built and added RPM to trunk (svn 3565).

Please raise priority to 9 such that this fix can be merged
into branch-4-2.
