Summary: lam missing ssi:boot:tm

Initial Comment:
On RHEL3 u5 x86_64 lamtest fails. The .err file
contains the message:

ERROR: LAM/MPI does not appear to have the tm boot
SSI module!
This test script will now abort.

Looks like lam was compiled while torque wasn't
installed on the system. Trying to recompile and see if
it helps.

Should torque be added to the build requirements?

Problem does not exist for rhel3-i386 and rhel3-ia64 RPMs.
Fixed in trunk and branch-4-2 (svn 3570).

Rebuilt rhel3 x86_64 lam rpm with torque installed on build
host. The test passes now.

Might well be that this problem hides in more than just the
x86_64 rpm.
