Title: Using Oscar nightly builds for x86_64 testing
Hi Paul:

I would recommend the nightly tarball from branch - trunk is currently quite unstable.

We just fixed the version for trunk, so the next time a nightly tarball is built, it will appear as "5.0" as opposed to "4.2".

Which OS are you planning to use on your x86_64 hardware?

Cheers,

Bernard

Subject: Using Oscar nightly builds for x86_64 testing

Hi,

I understand that nightly builds are available for
post 4.1 release versions at  ...

http://oscar.openclustergroup.org/nightly

What is the differeance between the trunk and the
branch build?

They both seem to be 4.2r3695 as of today.

I want to test the latest oscar to do 64bit SMP on
Opteron, which would you suggest?

Thanks,
   Paul
