Hey guys:
I was thinking maybe we should rename
this step to "Install OSCAR Server Non-Core Packages" - since the core packages
are installed via the install_cluster script. At a minimum, the Help text
should be re-worded so that this is obvious (and potentially the docs
too...)
Thoughts?
