Hey,

I noticed a few recent SVN commits had '=3d' embedded throughout the commit
msg (see below).  Anyone know why?

 Added: branches/branch-4-2/packages/ganglia/SRPMS/ganglia-3.0.2-1.src.rpm
 =3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=
 =3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=
 =3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D
 (Binary files differ)

I checked all the files I commited and the md5sum's matched what is in SVN
so this is just a log msg thing, no issue with what was actually committed.
