On Scientific Linux 4.2, python-elementtree RPM is provided and this is
required by yum (which is installed by default).

The apitest package provides elementtree RPM (which is the same binary
as python-elementtree) and therefore there is a conflict between the two
RPMs.

The real fix would involve changing the RPMs in the apitest package such
that they are using the "standard" naming convention but I don't see
this happening for OSCAR 4.2.1 (actually, it may no longer be necessary
to ship these as they may already be provided by the Linux
distributions).

At a very least, we need to docfix this before we release. I can't
think of a good solution though, other than to not install yum and use a
yum binary that does not require python-elementtree, eg. from the
"official" site:

http://linux.duke.edu/projects/yum/download/2.4/
