Hi Andy:
Actually I did a test with Fedora Core 4 - if you update
your headnode's kernel to the latest version, the pfilter issue will go
away.
Cheers,
Bernard

Subject: [Oscar-devel] Re: RE: Re: [Oscar-users] systemimager cannot recognize SATA HDMy cluster with Intel ICH7R controller for sata drive on the compute nodes is successfully installed. The OS is FC4 and the OSCAR version is oscar-4.2.1b2r4008-SIS.tar.gz with systemimager-3.5.4 instead of 3.5.3.The installation is straight forward as described in the manual, except:1). I have to put an extra line in/var/lib/systemimager/images/<imagename>/etc/systemconfig/hardware.lstto specify the controller:8086 27c0 scsi ata_piix2). Disable pfilter (/etc/init.d/pfilter stop) before imaging of the client nodes. All the tests in <Test Cluster Setup> pass. And now I am configur ating the details of my cluster.Thank you very muchAndy
