Well we have talked about a opkg library for a long time, I just figure I'd just steam ahead with it (with one function).  There could potentially be many use for this module, eg.:
 
- Use OS_Detect Framework to figure out what distro you're using, then intelligentlly execute service related tasks (eg. /etc/init.d/blah restart, chkconfig, etc.)
- Provide one code base for parsing configurator values
 
Just some ideas off the top of my head - feel free to add more for discussion!

I fixed this. I'll also add the opkg::print things. What else is planned for
the opkg module? Right now that looks pretty small...
