Hi Doug:

The OSCAR database has been overhauled in trunk, the oda binary is no
longer present, instead, you should be making function calls available
through OSCAR::Database.

For an example, you can take a look at my SGE package in trunk, the
post_server_install script, there is a call to "is_installed_on_node".
