I'm updating the APItest package (v1.0), which was woefully out of
date (v0.2). This should include fixes for the directory timestamp bug
as well as some new functionality that Will added to the system. There
is also a user's guide in "apitest/doc/" for those who would like to
start changing over to using the tool.
The distro/ directory includes a "noarch" version of APItest but the
supporting (repackaged) RPMS that are needed per distro are only available
for FC4. I don't have any other systems upon which to build the SRPMS so
things will break for now when trying to install.

NOTES:
A few notes/comments about APItest dependencies...
Will McLean (Sandia) spent a great deal of time trying to make
APItest's RPM packaging more portable for the various distributions.
- This includes the removal of the ".pyc" files to allow the RPMS
to simply be built as 'noarch'.
- Some distributions (namely FC4) provide version of the support
libraries used by APItest, Twisted and ElementTree. The RPM requires
were changed so that
(a) if python-elementtree is provided by the distro, e.g., FC4,
that's usable, otherwise there's a SRPM provided for use.

(b) the Twisted & TwistedWeb RPMS are an older version in FC4
so Will did the work to repackage the newer Twisted v2.0
material (lots of work!), as well as a Twisted dependency
upon ZopeInterface.

In doing this he named the packages differently from those
currently provided by FC4, i.e., FC4 has python-twisted (old ver),
and APItest requires Twisted, TwistedWeb (new repackaged ver).
This helps to clarify that these are the repackaged RPMS
provided with APItest (in OSCAR) and are not generally available
AFAIK.
TODO:
- Rebuild SRPMS for FC3, MDK10, RHEL3, RHEL4 on the supported
architectures based on above notes.
