Hi Bernard, as replied yesterday to Jeremy's email, the _bug_ is gone from our systeminstaller (sin) tree. The version tagged as sin-1.0.4-19ef is good and doesn't make mistakes when adding tmpfs to the disktab file. So we can easilly fix it by adding the entry to our OSCAR standard disktab. This makes it a de facto default for OSCAR, but people can change the disktab file and customize it according to their needs. We might wait another week with including the new rpm into OSCAR, some more changes will come into the sin tree. I think Jeremy's workaround is perfect for that time.
Having the /dev/shm hardcoded in sin is maybe not such a good idea, many distros don't have that mount (SUSE for example). When hardcoded it's much harder to get rid of it than modifying a simple disktab file...
