I took a look at branch-4-1, and "remove_rpms(@rpms)" is commented out
from both post_client_rpm_uninstall and post_server_rpm_uninstall for
the PVM package.

Is this something we have fixed in the past but we never merged back to
branch-4-2 (trunk when branch-4-1 was active)?
