Bernard,
as I explained on the call there is no explicit
need for distro detection in
systeminstaller any more (well, actually there
is a piece, but it has no
meaning besides recognising the distro). I want to
strip off the code which is
misleading people to add distro recognition code.
So if you can wait a few
more days we will save some space in the trunk by
having skipped one binary
RPM checkin.
