Try rebuilding the following SRPMs for LAM/MPI 7.1.2 and see if they work for you:
http://svn.oscar.openclustergroup.org/svn/oscar/tmp/jms-lam-7.1.2-update /packages/lam/SRPMS/ Note, you need to rebuild them on a system which has TORQUE installed, otherwise it won't work probably.
